2. What Data We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization details.
- CRM data you upload: donor/contact names, emails, addresses, notes, tags, donation history.
- Usage data: device/browser information, IP address, logs, and feature usage analytics.
- Payment data: processed by third-party payment providers; we receive transaction status/confirmations.
3. How We Use Gmail Data (Google API Verification)
If you choose to connect a Gmail account, we access Gmail data only to provide email features you request (e.g., syncing communication history and sending emails on your instruction).
Our use of Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- What we access: email metadata (e.g., subject, sender, timestamps) and email content needed to display and sync threads you choose.
- What we do NOT do: we do not use Gmail data for advertising, profiling, or to train generalized models.
- Sharing: Gmail data is not sold and is shared only with service providers needed to operate the feature (e.g., secure hosting/email infrastructure).
- Control: you can disconnect Gmail access at any time in the app settings; after disconnect, syncing stops.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and operate the platform, including donation receipting and reporting.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
- Provide support and communicate service updates.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object or restrict certain processing.
